Before you make a final decision – we’d be super grateful if you could spare a minute to let us know why you’re leaving and/or if there’s anything which we could improve on that may encourage you to stay on?
Please contact us if you wish to discuss any improvements or for anything else that we can do to help enhance your experience!
Alternatively, if you’d just prefer to say goodbye for now and cancel any future payments via card or Paypal, here’s what you need to do:
1) Open your My Account page
2) Go down right to the bottom of the page
3) Click the ‘Cancel Membership’ button
4) A pop up will appear. Select a reason for cancelling then click the button ‘Continue with Cancellation’.
5) Confirm your cancellation.
An on-screen confirmation will appear confirming your subscription has been cancelled. We recommend taking a screenshot/photograph of this for your records.
If you do not see the final on-screen confirmation the process is not complete and your account and payments will remain active. Please repeat the process above until you do see the cancellation confirmation.
Unfortunately, we are unable to issue refunds of subsequent payments if you have not successfully completed the whole cancellation process.
