There are various ways to take a screenshot using your laptop.
You could download an add-on such as Lightshot, this is free to download and can be added to most browsers to enable you to take a screenshot.
A browser extension is a small software module for customizing a web browser. Browsers typically allow a variety of extensions, including user interface modifications, cookie management, ad blocking, and the custom scripting and styling of web pages.
You can also draw arrows to pinpoint things using Lightshot, as well as mark areas with coloured boxes. If you don’t want to download an add-on to your laptop, you can simply use the “PrtScr” button, this can be found on the top right-hand corner of your keyboard. After pressing PrtScr, you’ll need to open a program such as Paint, or Microsoft word, to enable you to paste the image that you’ve just captured. After opening one of these, if you right-click and then select “Paste” you’ll see that your image has now appeared. You will now be able to edit and crop the image if you wish to or save the image ready to send.
